Job Description: Up to $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus Up to $3,000.00 Relocation Bonus Schedule: Either opening shift (6am - 3pm or 7am -4pm) or closing shift (10am - 7pm) Monday - Friday Location: Sports Med and Rehab Palm Coast Med Plaza 120 Cypress Edge Dr. Suite 101 Palm Coast, FL 32164 The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $36/hour.

Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

Education

• Doctorate [Preferred] Field of Study: in Physical Therapy
• Work Experience: * 1 + years of experience with treating Ortho patients (Preferred)
