Endeavor Health in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic-focused team at Seven Bridges Fitness Center. This full-time position offers a 40-hour week with clinic hours 7am–7pm Mon–Thu and 7am–4:30pm Fri, plus one evening until 7pm.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate them to engage in their own care. We provide mentorship for new grads, a range of specialties, and opportunities for growth, with benefits including tuition

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• As a Physical Therapist II - minimum of 2 years work experience required; For Physical Therapist I level - open to 0 to 2 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients with thorough evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluates patient’s physical and functional status and implements programs to address movement dysfunction.
• Educates patients and stays updated on developments, techniques, and equipment in physical therapy.
