Job summary
The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO) is seeking energetic Physical Therapists to join our Staff therapy team. You will provide direct patient care, conduct evaluations, and administer treatments to restore function and relieve pain.
CAO emphasizes mentoring new grads and offers extensive CEU opportunities and a signing bonus based on experience. CAO operates across multiple locations with a strong focus on collaboration, documentation accuracy, and quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active state Physical Therapy licensure.
- CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with documentation in medical records.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to plan care.
- Administer PT treatments and monitor progress.
- Supervise assistant staff per state regulations.
- Document treatments and outcomes per regulations.
- Collaborate with other providers for patient recovery.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and CAO practices.
