Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Board certification in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations using goniometry, manual muscle testing, and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan) and modalities to reduce pain and improve function.
• Educate patients on conditions, goals, and injury prevention for long-term recovery.
• Document treatment progress using Epic Hyperspace EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Supervise a 1:1 PT to PTA ratio to ensure continuity of care.
• Pursue continuing education and growth in advanced PT techniques (e.g., Blood Flow Restriction Therapy).
