Responsibilities

• Proficient use of medical practice software to maintain patient data integrity.
• Participate in department clinical outcome projects and process improvements in care management.
• Coordinate patient care needs to facilitate the plan of care.
• Support partners to promote trust, respect and team morale in daily operations.
• Assist physicians with meetings, depositions, and lectures as needed.
• Coordinate and assess patient care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Verify appointments, insurance, and in-office authorizations; mail patient letters including surgical postings and instructions; triage calls.
