Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, confirming appointments and insurances, assisting physicians and care teams, and communicating changes to the medical plan to prevent delays, while upholding ICARE behaviors to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• One year of clerical/billing experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient database information in medical software.
• Coordinate patient care needs to facilitate the plan of care.
• Assist physicians and care team with administrative tasks.
• Triage patient calls and verify appointments and insurances.
• Communicate changes to the medical plan of care to avoid delays.
• Demonstrate ICARE behaviors to improve patient experience.
