Indiana Orthopedic Institute in Noblesville, IN is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager / Charge Nurse to lead a growing orthopedic surgery center while remaining hands-on with patient care.

You will mentor staff, shape clinical operations, oversee staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with surgeons and administrators to ensure safe, efficient care and a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum of five years in a surgery center setting or equivalent.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and patient care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and coordinate delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care throughout the surgical experience.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and surgical staff.
• Lead by example to set professional standards and foster accountability.
