Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree, medical certification, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
• At least 2 years of clinical case coverage experience in orthopedic or surgical device industry.
• 0-3 years of sales or sales support experience in the medical device, surgical, or healthcare space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for assigned territory.
• Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff to drive growth.
• Manage sales funnel and track progress toward targets.
• Provide clinical support during surgeries and product evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and logistics.
• Attend and support educational and sales events.
