Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate I to support the sales team and healthcare providers in hospitals or ambulatory surgery centers. The role builds foundational expertise in Zimmer Biomet’s implants, instruments, and technologies while offering on-site guidance to surgeons and OR staff.

You will participate in weekly meetings, develop relationships with key surgeons, and help ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires at least an associate’s degree or medical certification.
• 0-2 years of sales or sales service experience in medical device or surgical fields.
• Must be mobile and willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site and remote clinical support to surgeons and OR staff.
• Coordinates surgery schedules and requests implants/instruments.
• Supports the sales team by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities.
• Gathers clinical feedback for product development and improvement.
• Ensures proper billing inventory replenishment and post-procedure checks.
