Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant credential approved by MA Department of Health (ARMA, NHA, etc.).
• Current BLS or Heart Saver certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vital signs.
• Assist in routine clinical procedures and casting/bracing tasks.
• Set up rooms and assist during surgical procedures with aseptic technique.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and patient records.
• Coordinate with insurers for pre-authorization and eligibility checks.
• Collect co-pays and maintain accurate records.
