Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IDFPR license.
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• College Diploma: Licensed Practical Nurse (Required).

Responsibilities

• Passes all medications and IV piggybacks as directed by RN.
• Charting assessments and care plans after RN initial assessment.
• Coordinate with physicians/APPs for orders and wound/drain care as needed.
• Provide trach care, NG tube care, and ostomy care as required.
• Reinforce discharge instructions and patient education.
