Job summary

Arthrex Arizona is seeking a humble, driven Inventory Controller and Sales Support Driver to join our team in Arizona. You will manage inventory logistics, support sales operations, and ensure timely delivery of surgical instrument trays, implants, and medical equipment across the territory.

This role requires building strong relationships with sales teams and healthcare facilities, planning efficient routes, and maintaining warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• 1+ years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics; orthopedic or medical device experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse logistical operations, including inventory tracking and replenishment.
• Prior experience in delivery or transportation roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed inventory management objectives for the territory; represent Arthrex Arizona with sales reps, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, including route planning and inventory replenishment.
• Communicate inventory updates, product availability, and coordination with sales teams and healthcare facilities.
• Prepare, issue, and kit production materials; perform physical inventories and cycle counts as required.
• Address inventory-related problems to support sales activities and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain privacy, protect organizational assets, and adhere to applicable regulations and policies.
