The Arthroplasty Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within their team’s assigned territory. Sales Representatives must establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communication and in‑person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market‑leading product portfolio. The ideal candidate will become an expert in shoulder and knee anatomy, as well as all designated arthroplasty products. You will consult surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures.
