Job summary

Arthrex Indianapolis is seeking a Field Inventory Specialist to keep product moving across our Indiana territory. You will organize inventory in the warehouse, transfer it between locations, fulfill inventory requests tied to upcoming surgical cases, and audit product at every territory site.

You will work independently with urgency and accuracy, maintaining a clean workspace and clear communication. The role requires being on the road at least three days a week and handling physical duties

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory in warehouses or field operations.
• Ability to adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines during logistics activities.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability when coordinating multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Verify, receive, and shelve returns and incoming product shipments.
• Assemble, document, and transfer outgoing inventory requests.
• Audit, document, and replenish instrument trays and product tubs after case use.
• Coordinate and plan the logistics of product deliveries tied to inventory requests.
• Keep the warehouse and company vehicle clean, maintained, and orderly.
