Job summary

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, LTD is seeking an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our Hand & Wrist team. You will work with three Hand & Wrist Surgeons and support our Hand Therapy department across five clinic locations.

The PA will participate in ambulatory surgery, provide clinic coverage, and take on-call shifts; compensation includes on-call duties with additional pay and a dynamic, patient-centered practice culture.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program and NCCPA certification.
• Experience in outpatient evaluation and management is preferred.
• ACLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to identify and manage orthopedic problems.
• Serve as first assist in surgery and perform detailed patient histories and documentation.
• Educate patients and families and develop treatment plans; participate in trauma call rotations.
