Job summary

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Rep in Youngstown, OH, to support orthopedic patient care and DME programs. The role involves direct patient care, device handling, and collaboration with Sales and Field Service teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will travel within the territory, manage inventory, verify benefits, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements while delivering excellent care to patients and providers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' direct patient care experience, preferably in orthopedics or athletic training.
• Active Athletic Trainer licensure or equivalent credential.
• Experience with DME and bracing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management and day-to-day service operations for DME programs.
• Verify patient benefits and assist with pre-authorization and collection of patient responsibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Sales/Field Service to optimize DME inventory.
• Travel within designated territory to service accounts and maintain records.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Enovis, and Sales Team.
• Comply with Enovis Ethics Programs, HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
