Enovis Corporation in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Field Service Representative/Athletic Trainer to combine patient care with Durable Medical Equipment field service. This role supports clinicians and patients while advancing orthopedic bracing and related devices.

You will educate on product use, manage inventory, verify benefits, and travel up to 20% as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of direct patient care are required, with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ direct patient care experience, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Apply, educate, and appropriate use/care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators, and all other Enovis products prescribed by HCPs.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff.
• Perform inventory management and participate in required audits.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
