Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Field Service Representative (Athletic Trainer/DME) in Worcester, MA. You will work in an orthopedic setting with Durable Medical Equipment, delivering patient-focused care and education.

Travel up to 20% and collaboration with clinicians, sales, and support teams are part of the role. Responsibilities include applying orthoses and bracing, managing inventory, and confirming patient benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment.
• Demonstrated patient care experience.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply, educate, and ensure appropriate use of orthopedic soft goods and bracing as prescribed.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Perform inventory management and participate in audits.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Serve as liaison between customer, Enovis, and Sales Team.
• Adhere to Enovis Compliance, HIPAA, and regulatory policies.
