Qualifications

• 4+ years direct patient care in ortho/athletic training environment or related.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Experience with insurance reimbursement/DME billing preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance required.
• Ability to travel up to 10–90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provides account management and day-to-day service for DME programs.
• Verifies patient benefits with pre-authorization and upfront collection.
• Monitors inventory levels; coordinates with Sales and Field Service to optimize stock.
• Travels within territory to maintain inventory levels and support customers.
• Serves as liaison between customer, Enovis, and Sales teams.
