Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Field Service Representative in Manhattan, NY with a background in Durable Medical Equipment and patient care in orthopedics to join the Field Services Team. The role focuses on delivering and educating on orthopedic products from brands like DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare and Exos.

You will apply orthopedic soft goods and bracing, educate patients and clinicians, verify benefits, perform inventory audits, and liaise between customers, Enovis and the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment, or related experience.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Apply, educate, and ensure appropriate use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators.
• Provide routine patient and clinician education and support.
• Perform inventory management and participate in required audits.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools and coordinate with Sales Team.
