Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in surgery or clinical setting; orthopedic OR preferred.
• Medical education or sales experience encouraged.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to meet corporate goals.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in surgical procedures to assist healthcare professionals with proper use of the TOUCH CMC 1 Total Joint Prosthesis.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Ensure surgeon insights are shared with marketing and product development teams in line with legal manufacturer guidelines.
• Participate and assist in executing comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and regional management to build a strategic business plan for revenue growth and training needs.
• Develop plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption.
• Stay updated on clinical advancements and incorporate findings into product positioning.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs to address compliance issues.
