Job summary

Medartis is seeking a Field Development Specialist, KeriMedical, to provide hands-on clinical education and support in orthopedics across hospital settings.

You will assist in surgeries, demonstrate products, train healthcare professionals, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive adoption while ensuring regulatory compliance. A minimum of 3+ years in surgery or a clinical setting is required, with orthopedic OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in surgery or a clinical setting
• Medical education, sales, or sales training experience encouraged
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with surgeons and hospital staff

Responsibilities

• Assist during surgical procedures to ensure proper use of the TOUCH CMC 1 Total Joint Prosthesis
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals
• Share surgeon insights with marketing and product development in line with regulatory requirements
• Plan and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals and sales teams
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons and hospital staff
• Collaborate with sales leadership and regional management on strategic plans to grow revenue and support training
• Develop plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption
• Stay updated on clinical advancements and apply findings to product positioning
• Ensure activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs to address compliance issues
• All other tasks assigned by manager
• 3+ years experience in surgery or other clinical setting; orthopedic OR preferred
• Medical education, sales, or sales training experienced highly encouraged
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with surgeons, operative staff, and hospital administrators
