Job summary

Medartis is seeking an experienced medical education and sales professional to advance small joint arthroplasty programs. The role requires extensive orthopedic reconstruction expertise and hands-on training with surgeons, plus sales/account management experience.

Willingness to travel up to 80% and occasional weekend support is essential. You will conduct demonstrations, provide clinical support during sales processes, build relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and share insights with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of proven experience in Total Joint Arthroplasty education.
Experience in sales and account management preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of small joint arthroplasty market.
Assist in surgical procedures to support clinicians.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Share surgeon insights with marketing and product teams.
Develop training programs for professionals, sales teams, and distributors.
Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers.
Identify key opinion leaders to establish product credibility.
Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue growth.
Assist National Accounts in gaining access to new facilities.
Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process.
Identify new markets for Small Joint Arthroplasty.
Expand market presence and product adoption.
Stay updated on clinical advancements and incorporate findings into positioning.
