Job summary

Medartis seeks a Field Development Manager for KeriMedical - West to drive clinical education and product adoption in orthopedic arthroplasty. You will work hands-on in operating rooms, deliver training, and collaborate with surgeons and sales leadership to align product positioning with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Total Joint Arthroplasty medical education, training support and related field within orthopedics/medical devices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and to weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical and competitive knowledge of the small joint arthroplasty market.
• Assist in surgical procedures to support proper use of products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Share surgeon insights with marketing and product teams in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute training programs for healthcare professionals, sales teams and distributors.
