Valor Medical in Baltimore is seeking a motivated Junior Associate Sales Representative for orthopedic medical devices. This entry-level, 1099 role offers hands-on field training, mentorship from experienced reps, and exposure to multiple orthopedic specialties in a fast-paced environment.

You will support daily territory operations, assist with surgical case prep, and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced sales representatives in daily territory operations and customer service.
• Assist with surgical case preparation, instrumentation, inventory management, and OR coverage.
• Develop knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, procedures, implants, and technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and healthcare staff.
• Assist in growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper surgical sets and instrumentation.
