Essentia Health in Duluth, MN seeks a Department Coordinator to support the Orthopedic Surgery department with clerical and administrative tasks. This is a union position under the DC USWA. The role is a 1.0 FTE, day shift in Building F - Duluth Clinic.

The successful candidate will coordinate committees, scheduling activities, prepare reports, take minutes, and help with data collection/graphs. EPIC InBasket and Qgenda experience are preferred, with strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Performs complex, diverse, and confidential administrative support duties for the department.
• Experience with scheduling committees, preparing routine reports, and meeting minutes.
• Preferred EPIC InBasket and work queues knowledge, plus Qgenda familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule committees and department activities.
• Prepare routine and non-routine reports, meeting minutes, and memos.
• Collect data, create graphs, and support special assignments/projects.
• Provide other staff support within the department as required.
