Job summary

Texas Orthopedics, a division of OrthoLoneStar, seeks an experienced Clinic Operations Supervisor at our Quarry Lake location in Austin. You will organize office administration, supervise staff, and coordinate policies, IT systems, and patient services to ensure efficient clinic operations.

The role requires 5 years in healthcare, supervisory experience, and 2 years with EMR/PM platforms; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree required or experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years experience in healthcare setting required; supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years experience with an EMR/PM platform required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations at the facility and supervise staff.
• Implement new policies, protocols and IT systems and recommend changes.
• Direct supervision including hiring, training, evaluations, and staff/physician matters.
• Collaborate with Administrators and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain clinic facilities, equipment, supplies, and cleanliness.
• Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies; coordinate with administration.
• Assist in financial counseling and collections; coordinate deposits and meetings.
• Provide coding assistance for daily office charges and back up roles as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and support staff development and team morale.
