Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of orthopedic, casting, splinting, or DME experience.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and providers with orthopedic patient care.
• Perform advanced casting, splinting, bracing, and DME application.
• Manage technician appointments and patient follow-up needs.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the EMR.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients, providers, and staff.
• Mentor and support Medical Assistants and clinical team members.
• Assist with onboarding and training initiatives.
• Promote best practices and clinical workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve processes and enhance patient experience.
