Texas Orthopedics in Austin, TX is seeking a Medical Office Manager for the Northwest Austin Quarry Lake Clinic. You will organize and coordinate office administration, supervise staff, and ensure policy adherence.

You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with administrators, manage finances and patient services, and maintain facilities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and healthcare management experience is required.

Qualificações

• Five years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Two years’ experience in performing in an EMR/PM platform.
• Bachelor’s degree required (will consider experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree).
• Bilingual preferred in communications with staff and patients.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations at the facility and supervise staff.
• Implement clinic policies and procedures with consistency.
• Serve as liaison between staff, physicians, and administrators.
• Maintain clinic equipment and order supplies; ensure confidentiality.
• Assist in financial counseling and patient service improvements.
