Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons Pllc is seeking a Clinical Team Lead for UrgentOrtho to support daily clinical operations across Front Desk, X-Ray, and Medical Assistant functions. This hands-on leadership role will be embedded in the clinical team for three evenings per week, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

The role requires a GED, preferably an Associate degree, and at least 12 months of UrgentOrtho or similar clinical experience with cross-training across FD, XR, and

Qualificações

• GED is required.
• 12 months of UrgentOrtho department or equivalent clinical experience.
• Proficiency in at least two roles (FD, XR, MA) with cross-training planned.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site leader during assigned shifts, providing real-time direction and issue resolution.
• Assist in shift coverage coordination, call-out response, and cross-role support (FD, XR, MA).
• Ensure clinical readiness of the department (room setup, supply checks, patient flow).
• Stay informed of and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
