Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Middletown, NJ is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide administrative and clinical support in the orthopedic department. You will be the liaison between our medical providers and patients, monitor procedure plans, follow up, and help evaluate patient progress in a fast-paced clinic.

Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare or related field.
• Experience in a clinical or administrative orthopedic setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the orthopedic clinic, including patient intake and medical record maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, and departments to facilitate communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including histories and treatment plans, per privacy regulations.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure documentation is complete for care providers.
• Navigate EMR (CareCloud) and assist with patient notes and billing as needed.
• Coordinate with external facilities such as imaging centers and physical therapy clinics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data collection.
