Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• National Board Certification required.
• Graduation from PA program required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Active PA license by hire date and DEA license.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories and physical exams and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans under Orthopedic Surgeon supervision.
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Assist in surgery and provide perioperative support.
• Provide on-call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center.
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacotherapy.
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Precept and mentor students and participate in quality initiatives.
