Job summary

271 Atrium Health Specialty Network, Inc seeks a PRN Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to support daytime and weekend or after-hours orthopedic services at the Randolph Road location. You will collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and care teams to deliver high-quality musculoskeletal care.

The role includes clinic and OR coverage, orthopedic urgent care, and community medicine events, with flexible scheduling based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Prior orthopedic experience preferred.
• Active North Carolina licensure (PA or ACNP) or eligibility for licensure.
• Must possess or be eligible for DEA licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program required.
• NCCPA certification (PA) or national board certification (Acute Care NP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orthopedic clinic coverage.
• Operating room support as assigned.
• Orthopedic urgent care services.
• Community medicine coverage and specialty Orthopedic events.
