Smith & Nephew in Bend, OR is seeking a results-driven Full Line Sales Representative to manage an Orthopaedics territory across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine. You will drive revenue and market share by partnering with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders to deliver clinically and technically sound solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, and a proven quota record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years medical device sales experience preferred.
• Orthopaedics experience strongly preferred (Trauma, Sports Medicine, Recon, or Full Line).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Willingness to travel within territory and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a full Orthopaedics portfolio across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine.
• Own territory strategy, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide intraoperative support, product demonstrations, and in-servicing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at the surgeon and hospital level.
• Collaborate with Associate Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners to maximize territory performance.
• Managing inventory, logistics, and case coverage within a dynamic surgical environment.
• Participate in a 24/7 call rotation within the territory sales team.
