Job summary

Smith & Nephew in Oregon seeks a driven Sales Representative to manage a Full Line Orthopaedics portfolio across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine in Bend, OR. You will drive revenue, grow market share, and partner with surgeons and hospital staff to deliver clinical and technical support.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of medical device sales, with Orthopaedics experience preferred. Travel within the territory and on-call rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Prior Orthopaedics experience strongly preferred (Trauma, Sports Medicine, Recon, or Full Line).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and participate in on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a full Orthopaedics product portfolio across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine
• Owning territory strategy, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed sales targets
• Providing expert intraoperative support, product demonstrations, and in‑servicing
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships at the surgeon and hospital level
• Collaborating with Associate Sales Representatives and cross‑functional partners to maximize territory performance
• Managing inventory, logistics, and case coverage within a dynamic surgical environment
• Participating in a 24/7 call rotation within the territory sales team
