Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Bend, Oregon seeks a Full Line Sales Representative to drive revenue across Trauma, Reconstruction and Sports Medicine. You will partner with surgeons and hospital teams to deliver clinical and technical support while executing territory plans.

The role requires 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually, plus a competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Prior Orthopaedics experience preferred (Trauma, Sports Medicine, Recon, or Full Line).
• Proven quota attainment and strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a full Orthopaedics portfolio across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine.
• Own territory strategy, forecasting, and execution to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Provide intraoperative support, product demonstrations, and in-servicing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Collaborate with associates and cross-functional partners to maximize territory performance.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and case coverage in a dynamic surgical environment.
• Participate in 24/7 call rotation within the territory sales team.
