Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and participates in strategic business plans, feasibility studies, market assessments and reports for clinical/research programs.
• Oversees HR, recruitment, salaries and staff development within the division.
• Manages administrative infrastructure, space planning, inventories, and policy development.
• Leads cross-institutional collaboration with DOM, SOM, JHHS, JHCP, and affiliated hospitals.
• Supervises Division staff and coordinates hiring/firing processes with HR.
• Maintains communication channels and ensures patient care and departmental operations align with policies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Health care administration or related field
