Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, health care administration or related field.
• Eight years of progressively responsible administrative and financial experience in a medium to large clinical department.
• Supervisory experience; additional education may substitute for required experience or education beyond a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Manage divisional financial lines of business (clinical, research, gift, endowment, etc.) and reporting.
• Meet and exceed operating targets and participate in performance improvement goals.
• Reconcile monthly financial statements and provide financial reports to leadership.
• Develop billing strategies to maximize annual charges and faculty productivity reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure optimal clinic operations and patient access goals.
• Support project planning, timelines, and implementation with leadership.
• Assist with budgeting processes and development of operating budgets.
