• Serve as supply chain lead on large global NPD or lifecycle programs, coordinating readiness from Charter prep through GATE 6 and beyond.
• Design value chains for new products ensuring alignment with business functions.
• Provide strong program management to drive end-to-end value with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment to supply chain readiness processes and accountability.
• Deliver project communications to leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Build and mentor multi-functional teams and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies.
