Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Launch Manager for Orthopaedics to lead end-to-end supply chain readiness from Charter through GATE 6. The role spans Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Raynham, MA; and Warsaw, IN, with case-by-case remote possibilities.

The candidate will design value chains, drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial, R&D, quality, and planning teams, and manage multi-site programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; engineering/science preferred.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum six years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in Healthcare Industry PM including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products/process and/or new technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supply chain lead on large global NPD or lifecycle programs.
• Design value chains for new products ensuring alignment with business functions.
• Provide program management across supply chain, R&D, quality, and planning.
• Ensure accountability in the supply chain readiness process.
• Deliver program communications to leaders at multiple levels.
• Build multifunctional teams and mentor team members.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management levels.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
