Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting orthopedic surgical teams preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (overnight/weekends).
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company at surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and drive sales growth.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
