Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Colorado is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments to hospitals and clinics. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate value while building strong customer relationships.

You will travel about 20-25% and work field-based with a commission-driven compensation plan that includes bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate product value.
• Maintain territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager; strive to exceed goals.
