Job summary

Partners in Digital Health, a physician-owned orthopaedic surgery group in Maryland, seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of strategic growth and operational excellence.

The CEO will partner with the Board and physician shareholders to preserve culture while expanding services, strengthening infrastructure, and positioning for long-term independence. This hands-on role oversees operations, HR, IT, finance, and clinical services, with 17 physicians across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Senior executive experience in physician groups or orthopaedics.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility of $20M+.
• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-5 year strategic plan with the Board.
• Oversee ~$40M annual revenue and manage budgeting.
• Lead daily operations across HR, IT, billing, and facilities.
• Foster physician engagement and governance alignment.
• Build leadership bench strength and scalable systems.
