The CEO will partner with the Board and physician shareholders to drive strategic growth, financial performance, and operational excellence across locations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of healthcare leadership, experience with physician groups, and a proven ability to balance growth with physician alignment and patient care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in a senior executive capacity.
• Experience leading physician groups, orthopaedic organizations, ASC platforms, MSOs, or similar healthcare entities.
• Previous responsibility for a significant P&L, ideally $20M+.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and revenue cycle.
• Ability to lead through growth, change, and leadership transition.
• Proven experience working with physicians, boards, and physician shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3–5 year strategic plan with the Board and physician shareholders.
• Lead an administrative team and align physician leadership to strategic priorities.
• Drive growth, optimize revenue and margins, and ensure financial performance.
• Oversee operations across clinical, HR, IT, billing, compliance, and facilities.
• Support physician recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
• Maintain governance, risk management, and culture of clinical excellence.
