Job summary

Orthopedic One is seeking a clinical support specialist to assist providers and staff during clinic hours. You will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, prep exam rooms, update the EMR, and coordinate imaging and follow-up appointments to keep patient flow smooth.

Responsibilities include stock management, preparing documents, assisting with wound care and DME, and ensuring accurate documentation for patient records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program or equivalent experience.
• CPR certification and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for visits and imaging exams.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, documentation, and EMR updates.
• Maintain exam room stock and cleanliness between patients.
• Prepare documents and assist with wound care, injections, and DME as directed.
• Coordinate imaging orders and follow-up appointments.
