Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years in a dental office.
• Familiarity with dental terminology to clarify to patient’s treatment options.
• Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Sales or other related degree.

• Maintains strict compliance with Federal, State and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPPA, ADA, DOL, Company policies & procedures)
• Other tasks as requested by direct Manager.

Job Summary:

The Treatment Coordinator serves as a key member in the patient experience and flow. This position is responsible for explaining and ensuring the patient understands what treatment they need, the importance of the treatment to their overall health and the financial options to deploy in order to commit to the needed care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicates recommended treatment plan to the patient and promotes good qualities of your doctor

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
