Smile Doctors Albany is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll educate new patients about treatment options, help them understand financial plans, and build strong relationships to keep schedules full.

In this role you’ll prepare patients for exams, follow up to set consultations or start treatment, coordinate referrals to specialists, and support local store marketing and community events. If you’re energetic, empathetic, and skilled at communication, apply today.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Educate new patients regarding available treatment options and present treatment plans.
• Explain financial options and help patients understand payment arrangements.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment and keep schedules full.
• Prepare patients for exams.
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
