Smile Doctors is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Sicklerville, NJ. You will educate new patients on available orthodontic treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and cultivate strong patient relationships.

The role includes following up with potential patients to schedule treatment and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed. Strong communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with patients are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and present treatment plans.
• Explain financial options and help establish payment arrangements.
• Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and keep schedules full.
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists when needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
