Smile Doctors in Pflugerville, TX is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, work out financial arrangements, and cultivate strong relationships from first contact through treatment.

You’ll present treatment plans, explain payment options, follow up on inquiries, prepare for patient exams, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed to keep schedules full.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and maintain good relationships with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and financial plans.
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
