Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental/orthodontic office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate manner.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dolphin, Orthotrac).
• Experience with dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations and present personalized treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and case starts to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage financial agreements, insurance verification, and payment plan discussions
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in practice management software
• Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical staff to support case progression
• Follow up with prospective patients to maximize treatment acceptance rates
